Cozy Stay with Holiday Charm

Had a wonderful 5-night stay in an inviting room. The nearby gingerbread man cafe provided a delightful nightcap, adding to the festive ambiance of the town. Remember to check out local eateries for a taste of the area! Would definitely revisit for the holiday spirit.

The décor in the rooms felt dated. a more vibrant touch could elevate the spaces!!! Also, a better setup for pet relief nearby would really help anxious dog owners like me!!!

good stay but needs minor updates

The mini fridge and microwave made it easy to store snacks and heat meals during our stay. The coffee available in the lobby around the clock was a great touch for early risers. Additionally, the tavern downstairs offered a lovely atmosphere for a post-dinner drink.

The decor in the common areas felt dated.

We stayed in a spacious Double Suite with our son. The nearby Carlisle Sports Emporium was a hit with its arcade games and go-karts! Plus, the staff went the extra mile accommodating our large family, making everything seamless, just like the review mentioned about great customer service.

My kids wished there were more diverse breakfast options, especially some fun toppings for the oatmeal.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, a welcoming bar area, and a fitness center. The staff helped me find a lost bracelet during my first stay, which I truly appreciate. I highly recommend it!

Perfect for family getaways

The staff was amazing when my dog managed to escape the room. They ran after him like they were living in a sitcom, it was kinda funny, but they really saved the day!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for the experience, I’d say it was still reasonable.

The bed was super comfy, and the room was nice and clean, making it a great spot to unwind after a long day. I really loved using the hot tub and relaxing by the pool. both were just what I needed! A bit more variety at breakfast would be nice, but overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others. 😊

Our room had a persistent musty odor, and the bathroom was surprisingly cramped with visible mold in the shower. While breakfast included a few hot items, it was overall basic and did not exceed expectations.

my recent stay exceeded expectations compared to previous visits in carlisle. the staff were friendly and the location was fantastic, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. the spacious king suite was comfortable and really clean, making my trip enjoyable.
